Desert Coastal and Wildlife Discovery, 5 Days
This is an accommodated trip catered for those who want a bit of luxury and do not want traditional camping. We cover in 4 nights and 5 days the adventure spots in Namibia. We go from sandy, seashores, culture to wildlife places and the major exclusive sceneries in Namibia.
Day 1:
Windhoek – Sossusvlei
Clients are picked up early in the morning in Windhoek and begin the drive southwards, passing through the town of Rehoboth en route to Sossusvlei. The journey takes you through the stunning desert landscapes of the Namib, with stops along the way for scenic views. Upon arrival in Sossusvlei, you’ll dive straight into adventure, exploring the famous red dunes and the eerie Deadvlei with its ancient, dead trees. After a day of desert exploration, you’ll check into your accommodation and relax, surrounded by the vast beauty of the Namib Desert.
Day 2:
Sesriem-Swakopmund
Enjoy breakfast at the safari camp before embarking on the journey through the fascinating desert landscape to Swakopmund. Your first stop will be the desert outpost of Solitaire, famous for its delicious apple pie. Continue along the route, crossing the Tropic of Capricorn, before meandering through the stunning Gaub and Kuiseb canyons. As you approach Swakopmund, the cool, misty coastal town nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Namib Desert comes into view. Once in Swakopmund, take time to explore the charming town, with its old German architecture, wide streets, and vibrant restaurants, coffee shops, and curio stores. After checking in, dive into the afternoon's adventure activities, such as sandwich harbour sandboarding, quad biking, or a dolphin cruise.
Day 3:
Swakopmund-Etosha
Breakfast is enjoyed at the lodge before the drive northwards to Etosha National Park. The journey takes you through scenic desert landscapes and small towns, with the possibility of spotting wildlife along the way. Upon arrival, check into your accommodation at one of the park’s lodges or campsites. You’ll have the afternoon to begin your wildlife adventure, either with a game drive or relaxing at one of the waterholes.
Day 5:
Etosha
Wake up early for a day of adventure in Etosha National Park, one of Africa’s premier wildlife destinations. Start with a hearty breakfast before setting off on thrilling game drives through the park’s vast landscapes. Explore the iconic salt pans and spot a variety of animals, from elephants and lions to giraffes and rhinos. The park is dotted with waterholes, offering fantastic opportunities to see wildlife up close. Take your time to observe and photograph the animals in their natural habitat. As the day winds down, relax with sundowners at a lodge or campsite. Enjoy a stunning sunset and the peaceful sounds of the bush as night falls
